The view towards Fleet Bay
The view from the sixth story (top) of the castle is wonderful. This view is to the southwest out
over Fleet Bay. The water used to come up to the foot of the castle hill until the early1800's when the Fleet Canal was created to
reclaim the land for agriculture.
